Both the MSc and PgD programmes are offered in full-time or part-time mode. The normal duration for the MSc programme is 1-1.5 years for full-time study or three years for part-time study. The normal duration for the PgD programme is one year for full-time study or two years for part-time study. 

In line with Hong Kong's immigration policy, overseas students can only apply to be full-time students, whereas students from Hong Kong can opt for either the full-time or part-time mode of study.

Prospective students should note that classes are usually scheduled in the evenings from 6:30 pm. to 9:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Additional classes may be offered during the daytime.
